■Fluid production system

Fluid production system from MEANS-TECH consists of raw materials storage system, feedingsystem, automatic batching system, dispersing and mixing system (grinding system and emulsion system can be added), filling systems, control systems and steel structure. It is widely used in industries of medicine, food, paint, ink, pesticides, resins, daily chemicals etc..

上海銘施機(jī)電公司設(shè)計(jì)的流體生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)由原料存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)、進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)配料系統(tǒng)、分散攪拌系統(tǒng)（可增添研磨系統(tǒng)、乳化系統(tǒng)）、灌裝系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)組成，在醫(yī)藥食品、涂料、油墨、農(nóng)藥、樹脂、日化等行業(yè)應(yīng)用廣泛。

System Introduction

■Raw Material Storage System: it mainly consist of raw materials storage tanks and raw materials charging system. Power raw materials are normally packing in bags ( Small bags and ton bangs ) or in bulk. Fluid raw materials are packing in pail ( Small pail or gallon ) or in bulk.

■Charging system：It includes raw material going into the raw materials storage tank, go to the batching hopper and then go to the dispersing-and-mixing system and finally go to packing system. Power charging method: charge manually, charge by mechanical method ( such as bucket elevator, screw conveyor and pipe chain conveyor ), vacuum charging, pneumatic convey etc.. Liquid charging method: charge manually, charge by through pump (normal pump, pump for high viscous materials, sanitary pump ), vacuum charging, etc..

■Automatic batching system: it includes various automatic weighing and dosing method: flow meter measurement, level measurement, volume measurement, etc..

■Polymerization system: including dispersing, emulsifying, grinding, and mixing, etc..

■Dispersion Mixing system: Liquid processing technology: dispersing, emulsifying, grinding, and mixing. These four different production technology can be combined together as per production requirements. They can combine together to do batch production or become a group to do automatic production in completely closed system.

■Filling system: several filling machines (Fluid filling machine, Fluid filling machine (drum), Paste filling machine, Automatic four drum filling machine, Fluid automatic filling machine) are optional as per raw materials property, required filling capacity and requirements.

■Control system: it adopts PLC automatic control and touch screen display. The system is stable, easy to operate and to learn the working process. It can be connected to PC, thus records and prints out the production data, which facilitate operation and maintenance.

■原料存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)：主要由原料存儲(chǔ)罐及原料進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)組成，粉體原料包裝分為袋裝（小袋、噸袋）和散裝，流體原料分為桶裝（小桶、加侖桶）和散裝。

■進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)：包含原料進(jìn)入原料儲(chǔ)存罐，再進(jìn)入配料系統(tǒng)，其次進(jìn)入分散攪拌系統(tǒng)，終到達(dá)包裝系統(tǒng)。粉體進(jìn)料方式：人工進(jìn)料、機(jī)械進(jìn)料（斗式提升、螺桿式輸送、管鏈?zhǔn)捷斔停?、真空進(jìn)料、氣力輸送進(jìn)料等。液體進(jìn)料：人工進(jìn)料、泵送（普通泵、高粘度泵、衛(wèi)生級(jí)泵）、真空進(jìn)料等。

■自動(dòng)配料系統(tǒng)：包含多種稱重計(jì)量方式：流量計(jì)量方式、料位計(jì)量方式、容積計(jì)量方式等。

■合成系統(tǒng)：包含分散、乳化、研磨、攪拌等。

■除塵系統(tǒng)：包括袋式除塵器和濾芯式除塵器，能有效減少生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場粉塵飛揚(yáng)問題。

■灌裝系統(tǒng)：根據(jù)原料特性及灌裝產(chǎn)量和要求，有液體灌裝機(jī)、液體大桶灌裝機(jī)、膏體灌裝機(jī)、自動(dòng)四位大桶灌裝機(jī)、全自動(dòng)灌裝機(jī)等可供選擇。

■控制系統(tǒng)：控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC自動(dòng)控制，觸摸屏或工控機(jī)變換。系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定且操作簡便，工作過程一目了然，可與PC相連，記錄、打印并可調(diào)出生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)，使操作和維修方便快捷。
