本機(jī)床采用上機(jī)體砂架升降結(jié)構(gòu)，工作臺(tái)相對(duì)于地面高度恒定，工件厚度變化時(shí)，機(jī)體升降。軟膠輥采用25SH天然橡膠，彈性大，清除橫紋、白邊現(xiàn)象，精度高，并且使用壽命長，裝置美國3M拋光輥，變頻調(diào)速，高低可調(diào)，更將容易消除橫紋現(xiàn)象，從而得到更優(yōu)異的拋光效果,特別適用于生產(chǎn)線配套使用，是輥涂生產(chǎn)線上必備設(shè)備，與下砂機(jī)型聯(lián)線使用，一次進(jìn)料上下兩面可同時(shí)砂光，效率高節(jié)省人力。
